Getting Closer to Spring

The weather is still unpredictable in Chicago, however, I can smell the Spring coming! And while mother nature figures it out, I have compiled some fabulous “in between” outfits. The main ingredient to any “in between” outfit is layering! So think: cardigans, jackets, shawls. That way, you can bundle up if the temps drop or take it off is the sun comes out.
