"This is where the magic happens"

To quote the many athletes and celebrities from MTV's Cribs, the bedroom is "where the magic happens." For this reason, among many others, this is one of the most important rooms in your home. It's where you relax, recuperate and get ready for the next day.

Before picking out the colors or furniture for your chic bedroom, close your eyes and imagine your ideal haven. Are you seeing vintage glamour, Zen serenity, modern sleekness or something else completely different? Jot down your vision – remember to note the colors, mood, lighting and sounds.
